Faith is not feeling. Faith, however, results in or expresses itself in both belief and trust, for the prefunctional root that is the very essence of the self expresses itself in the two branches or functions of the intellectual (belief) and the emotional (trust). I really believe that this misunderstanding comes from a bad interpretation of a familiar Bible passage. But this is not according to God's order.

Faith is a peculiar feeling, which is often hard to express and identify. If they do not feel anything, they think it is not real.

Faith is not Blind. No, God has already given us all things that pertain to life and godliness, 2 Peter 1:3 says, so we need to learn to work the process of faith. God wants us to have faith, but our faith must rest on His Word; otherwise it is of no value. This faith process is not about begging, praying and hoping God will give us what we want. And regardless of how we feel, if we have faith in what God says and trust it, we will not fall, we will not fail. But faith is deeper.

Faith would see the possible wrong or injury which our action may cause and would feel no need to risk it in order to make our future happier, because faith trusts God to construct a future for us which is vastly to be preferred to the one we could make for ourselves. They think that if they have enough "faith," they can make anything come true. It’s also not something that just happens. “The just shall live by faith” [Romans 1:17] Not by feelings.

Our faith is not blind but informed and guided by God’s perfect Word. Sometimes these two can be mixed up; we try to live by both faith and feeling. In this context, faith is defined as total and complete belief in the deity and in its intermediaries (priests, pastors, etc.). Faith is not a feeling.
